CANNOTs:
• Cannot smoke inside the vehicle or bring any illegal items/recreation drugs inside the vehicle.
• Cannot sit on the car or stand on it without permission from ourselves or the driver.
• Cannot stick your head out of the window whilst the car is being driven as this will lead to the driver receiving points on his license.
• Booking time cannot be changed whilst driver is on route.
• Cannot use smoke grenades near vehicles as this can cause damage to the bodywork.
• Due to traffic laws and general safety of the public and insurance purposes we cannot allow anyone to walk in front of the vehicle whilst it's being driven by the driver on the main road
• The driver cannot do dangerous stunts or manoeuvres for you.
• Cannot ask the driver for his personal information or contact details, you must contact me for any issues regarding the booking.a
Self Hire Terms & Conditions:
Booking Terms:
Car Rentals have a minimum duration of 2 days.
A security deposit is required for all Self Drive Hire bookings, the amount to be determined based on the booking.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the safekeeping of the vehicle during the hire period.
In the event of vehicle seizure, a £1000 fee for release and impound charges applies.
Late returns are subject to a £50 fee per hour.
Failure to return the vehicle washed as agreed results in a £30 fee.
Exceeding the agreed mileage incurs a charge per mile beyond the set miles per day allocated to each vehicle.
Kerbed alloys will result in a fee per alloy.
Damaged tires or cuts on tires incur replacement costs.
Vehicle Damage and Repairs:
Vehicle damages will be repaired in our garage, and repair charges apply.
Off-road charges of £150 per day during repairs are applicable.
Cars are covered for third-party only; damage to our vehicle is not covered.
Accidents and Violations:
In a non-fault accident, you may be liable for repair costs.
Speeding, harsh acceleration, or unlawful driving may result in deposit deduction or vehicle immobilisation
Two warnings for speeding may lead to vehicle immobilisation, and deposit being taken.
Deposit Return:
The deposit is fully refundable 7 days after the rental term, if all terms agreed upon are followed.
Hirer Responsibilities:
Lock the vehicle when not in use, use security devices, and protect against bad weather.
Use the correct fuel.
Report faults promptly.
Return the vehicle to the agreed place during opening hours.
Cover repair costs for damages caused during the rental.
Penalties and Legal Procedures:
Responsibility for penalty charge notices; pay or address the ticket with a £25 ticket fee.
Identity verification and approval required for rental.
Paper-based proof of identity (e.g., utility bill) required at pickup.
Legal procedures apply to offenses committed during the hire agreement.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge your agreement to be accountable for any offenses committed during the hire.
